Funeral services for Victoria Michelle Martin 16, Dubuque, IA, are 1PM Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 4-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Victoria died Saturday, March 7, 2009 in Dubuque. A memorial fund has been established. Ms. Martin was born April 10, 1992 in Peoria, IL, the daughter of David and Karen "Kasi" (Shaw) Martin. Tori loved to sing and dreamed of being a star some day. She sang in her school choir at Hempstead High School in Dubuque and recently auditioned for America's Got Talent. Survivors include her mother and step father Kasi and Jeff Koenig of Dubuque, her father David Martin, Moline, brothers; David A Martin Jr., of Dyersville, IA and Justin M. Martin, Moline, and grandparents; Wanda Martin Dachenbach of Sheraton, IA and Chris Carmack of Davenport.
