Virginia E. "Ginnie" McNeal, 70, of Milan, IL, died Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at her home. Visitation will be 2-4 pm Saturday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.

Ginnie was born June 30, 1950, in Rock Island, IL, the daughter of Charley and Ruby (Leihsing) King. She married Kurtis "Kurt" McNeal, June 7, 1969, in Henry County, IL. She had worked as a teller at the former Metro Bank East Moline, for nearly 20 years.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Kurt McNeal, Milan: children, Kurtis McNeal Jr., Milan, Chad (Anna) McNeal, East Moline, and Laura McNeal, Medford, OR; grandchildren, Nichole McNeal, Eve McNeal, Skye Sargeant, and Derek McNeal; great grandchildren; Isabella and Jacklynne; siblings, Bruce (Connie) King, Coal Valley, IL, Daniel (Dale) King, Decatur, IL, Thelma (R.G.) Mills, Carbon Cliff, IL, Dale (Kimberley) King, Port Byron, IL, and Carol (John) Fisher, Decatur; sister-in-law, Sharon King, Silvis, IL; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Robert King and Calvin King.
