Wayne M. Reeter, 76, Gallant, Alabama, died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014. Graveside services are 12 Noon Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Rock Island National Cemetery, at that time where the East Moline American Legion Post 227 will conduct Military Honors. Anyone wishing to attend services should meet at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline at 11:30 AM. Wayne was born on March 18, 1938 in Decatur, IL., son of Glen Lester and Mary Lucile Martin Reeter. He was married to Betty Bohnert on June 2, 1962 in Honolulu, HI. She preceded him in death on Jan 28, 2006. Her remains will be interred with her husband at this time. Among survivors are his children, Cindy Ritz of Aurora, Co and Tim Reeter of Gallant, Alabama.
