Wilburna J. Wakefield, 68, East Moline, died Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at East Moline Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A Private family graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, Morning Sun, Iowa. Wilburna was born February 25, 1943 in Burlington, Iowa, the daughter of Wilburn and Martha Jean (Cummings) Hart. She graduated from Western Uneiversity in Macomb, IL and was a dedicated elementary school teacher. Among survivors are her mother, Martha Hart, Oxford MS, brother Bruce Hart, Lamar, MS; cousins Doris (Tom) Woodruff, Davenport, IA; and Sue Nichols, Morning Sun, IA.
