Funeral services for William E. Bushnell, 60, East Moline, are 1PM Monday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Visitation is 2-5 PM Sunday and 1 hour prior to services at the funeral home. According to his wishes, following services his body will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established. Mr. Bushnell died Friday, December 30, 2005 in DeKalb, IL. William was born October 11, 1945 in Carrollton, IL, the son of Jack and Mary (Talley) Bushnell. He married Sue Johnisee, April 2, 1964. He retired as a fork lift operator from the former Case IH, East Moline in 1984. Bill enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a member of the Silvis Eagles. He served in the US Army. Survivors include his wife Sue, sons Billy Bushnell, East Moline, Kenneth Bushnell, Barstow, and Wesley (and Gina) Bushnell, East Moline, grandchildren, Hope, Keegan Jacob, Joshua, and Adam Bushnell, his mother Mary Moreno, Moline sisters Connie Bushnell, East Moline, Kathy Blaser and Martha Bushnell, both of Milan and brothers Jack Bushnell, Hardin, IL and Mike Bushnell, East Moline. His father and a brother Rick preceded him in death.
