William M. Fox 92, Moline, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016, at his home. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is at Moline Memorial Park. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family. Bill was born on July 9, 1924, in Lemons, Missouri, the son of Clearnce and Agness (St. John) Fox. He married Bernice Roeder on April 21, 1973. He was a Union Carpenter for Local 4, Davenport. He was a proud Union member serving as Business Agent and Secretary for the Local 4. He and his wife loved traveling throughout the US and abroad. He served in the US Army just after World War II. Survivors include his wife Bernice; children, Wanda Cordell, Moline, Sandy (Rich) Kelm, East Moline, and Jim Warren, Moline; seven grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
