Mr. William Lloyd Thorsell passed away November 25, 2006 in Black River Falls, WI. He was born on August 30, 1926 to Isaac and Carmen (nee Epperson) Thorsell in Moline IL. He served in the Army with distinction. After discharge, Mr. Thorsell was employed at Short Hills Country Club in East Moline until moving to Milwaukee, WI where he worked as a mechanic for Sears until retiring in 1991. He married Beverly Cabor of East Moline on May 3, 1952. They later divorced. He is survived in death by two daughters; Rebecca Callihan (Gerry) of Black River Falls, Wisconsin and Elaine Yench (Tom) of Panama City Beach, Florida. Also surviving him are two grandchildren; Joseph Callihan and Dawn Guillaume and two great-grandchildren; Samantha and Gage Guillaume. Mr. Thorsell was 80 at the time of his death. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, December 2 at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to the time of service at the funeral home.
