William "Bill" Westfall, 49, of East Moline, IL, died Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island, IL. Memorial services will be 10:00 AM Friday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Bill was born March 26, 1956 in Richwood, WV, the son of Eugene and Cora Lea (Moore) Westfall. He enjoyed following Mark Martin and was a NASCAR Fan. He loved to fish. Survivors include: long time companion, Cindy Fuller of East Moline, IL, daughter, Sheena Westfall at home; son, William "B.J."
