Winifred A. Guignon, 94, of Ava, MO, died May 16, 2011 in Forsyth Nursing and Rehab, Forrsyth, MO. Private services have been held. Winifred Boecher was born March 26, 1917 in Port Byron, IL, the daughter of Henry and Josephine Olson Boecher. She had worked at Servus Rubber, Rock Island, IL, Down Wright Studios , Moline, IL, Stacks Florists, Moline, and most recently at Ava Fisheries, Ava. She loved gardening, quilting, and making jewelry. She is survived by her sister, April Bloom Cabool, MO and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Lawrence Guignon, sisters, Bertha Masscho and Lucile Gramenz, brothers, Arther, LeRoy, John, and Delbert Boecher. Winifred led a full and enjoyable life and will be missed by many.
