Memorial services for Zoe Rae Lopez, 3 months old of Plainfield, IL are 10 AM Friday, August 13, 2010 at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, IL. Visitation is from 4-7 PM Thursday, August 12th. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established. Zoe Rae died Monday, August 9, 2010 at Edwards Hospital, Naperville, IL. Zoe Rae was born April 29, 2010 to Amy (Martel) and Steve Lopez. Zoe Rae was an amazing gift to her parents. She was a precious baby girl, too perfect for the world. In her short 13 weeks of life she gave us a lifetime full of joy, and she will live in our hearts forever. Zoe Rae is survived by grandparents Matthew Martel, Christine Rhodes, Michael and Kitty Lopez. Aunts and Uncles: Sherri Martel, Sara Martel, Christy Rhodes, Marlene Fry, Diane Farrell, Ron Lopez, Alan Lopez, Annette Schroeder, and Loretta Lopez, Zoe Rae has many more family members and friends that love and miss her.
