Funeral services for Janet Brunton, 82 of East Moline, IL, will be 10AM Monday, December 5, 2022 at Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline. Visitation will be 1-3 Sunday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Mrs. Brunton died Sunday November 27, 2022 at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus, Davenport.
Janet was born February 23, 1940 in Aledo, IL, the daughter of Andrew and Florence (Day) Anderson.
She married Loren Brunton in 1976 in Aledo. He passed away in 2016. She lived for her grandchildren and great grand children, taking care of Puggle, and playing board games with the family.
Survivors include her children, Teresa and Todd (Karen); step children, Mike (Mary Lou), Scott (Maxine), and Julie (Reggie); grandchildren,
Amber, Yvonne, Brooke (Brett), Alex, Ashton, Shawn (Kati), Stephen (Renna), Matthew, Jon, Barbara Lynn, and Mark; many great grandchildren; brother, Richard (Gaye Anne); and sister-in-law, Audrey.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and her brothers, James and Gerald.
Memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline.
